Local Dorset Lamb neck fillets, located in the neck, the fillet is a perfect cut of meat for slow cooking,  it is slightly fattier but breaks down once the meat is cooked which helps induce flavour. We offer this as the fillet itself or diced and is an excellent cut of meat to be used for tagines or slow cooked curries!
